Objectives

1. To analyse the state-of-the-art
   • core competencies, research agendas, economic impact of renewable energy policies
   • CO2 emissions: profiling, analysis, forecast, industry driven policies to reduction
2. To build a network
   • organise three regional workshops plus three interregional workshops
   • generate a research agenda for a self-sustainable energy environment by means of key stakeholders across regions
3. To implement a common action plan
   • how to exploit results from local research within renewable energy
   • include a business plan
